The E40 (1½ ") metal diaphragm pumps are available in aluminum, cast iron or stainless steel AISI 316. For hazardous areas ATEX versions are available which static electricity can be discharged.

Depending on the pumped liquid, the pumps are available with various materials diaphragms, balls, seats and o-ring seals including; PTFE, XL-thermoplastic, EPDM, Viton, Buna-N, Neoprene or Hytrel.

The pumps are equipped with bolted pump chambers so that the risk of leakage is minimal.

The Versa Matic E40 pump in addition to the already energy-efficient and reliable Elima Matic air engine also received larger pump chambers so the capacity per stroke is increased considerably.

This magnification of the displacement to 3.34 liters, the pump is significantly less successful.Not only the air consumption is thus drastically down but also the life of the membranes is thus extended.
